Program Autumn 2009:
Most papers can be found on the internet at the author's home pages, in an electronic journal through the VU library home page (use link to e-journals) or via Google Scholar.
On each Wednesday the student whose name is on the list should give a
presentation on the paper cited above. This does not mean that
everything that is in the paper has to be discussed: the main results
should be treated in a way that is clear to everybody. The assistant can help
when you have questions. The presentation can be done using powerpoint or some othe rpresentation program (for example pdf). A
beamer and a laptop can be reserved at the helpdesk, sometimes a beamer is already present in the room. |
