• The exams of February 2005 and older are exams "Modeling of business processes". Although the subjects are somewhat different there is a big overlap with Applied stochastic modeling.
• Sometimes a graph with values of EW in the M|M|s queue as a function of the load for various values of s is given;
• Sometimes a table with the standard normal distribution (or some other distribution) is given. You should know how to work with these!
